Reporting an Issue

When reporting an issue, please include:

  1. ClawRouter version (clawrouter --version)
  2. Operating system (Linux, macOS, or Windows)
  3. The exact error message or HTTP status code
  4. Steps to reproduce the issue
  5. Relevant log entries (from the Logs page or clawrouter logs)

This information helps diagnose and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Activation Support

If you need help with activation:

  1. Copy your Installation ID from the Awaiting Activation screen.
  2. Send it to the developer via email or Reddit.
  3. Your installation will be activated promptly.

The Installation ID is machine-specific. If you move to a new machine, you will need a new activation.
